Rachael Bennett

Associate Attorney

Bennett Family Law is fortunate to have landed the area's most up and coming attorney, in what we consider a "coup." Rachael provides stellar research and writing assistance to the current attorneys, and hold the special designation of "Certified Law Clerk" under the State Bar of California's Practical Training of Law Students (PTLS). As a PTLS Law Clerk, Rachael is certified to provide legal services under the supervision of the Bennett Family Law attorneys, and you'll see her already making her mark in the area courtrooms.

Not many new attorneys come to the practice with the high level training and mentoring that Rachael has - she served in two judicial externships (for the Honorable Sherrill Ellsworth in the civil litigation department of the Riverside County Superior Court, and for the Honorable Angel Bermudez on death penalty cases, also in the Riverside County Superior Court). Following her work with the judiciary, Rachael externed for the U.S. Attorney's Office, working on the prosecution cases of "home grown" terrorists and complex extradition matters. Like we said - Rachael is pretty special.

Rachael will be joining Bennett Family Law as an Associate Attorney in the fall of 2015 (after taking the State Bar exam) and is excited to bring her fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the family law practice. Rachael is currently finishing her third year at Pepperdine School of Law where she is studying family law, earning a Certificate in Business and Entrepreneurship, and serving as an Associate Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. She holds dual Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and International Studies from Pepperdine University. When she's not buried in textbooks or desperately trying to catch up on sleep, Rachael can be found spending quality time with her friends and family and soaking up the sunshine at the beach.
