Debbie Herrera

Debbie is a San Diego native.  She moved from San Diego to Temecula in 1999 so her children could attend top-rated schools in the Temecula School District.

Debbie spent 25 years working for various attorneys who specialized in Real Estate/Land Use, Water, and Bankruptcy law.  She recently spent the last 5 years working for a California State Senator and realized her passion was helping constituents with various state issues and being involved in the community.  She is the Past President of the Rotary Club of Temecula and a member of Professional Women’s Roundtable.

Baseball is Debbie’s passion.  At the age of 13, she was the first girl to play Little League baseball.  Her and her husband Fred love baseball so much they got married on July 4th at the Lake Elsinore Storm Stadium in front of 8,000 fans and had a fantastic fireworks show.

For the past 15 years, every Christmas Day, the family spends the day delivering Christmas meals to senior citizens who are homebound.  Last year they started a blanket drive and collected enough blankets to hand out to every senior they delivered meals to.

Her hobbies are gardening, attending baseball games, baking, and spoiling her grandsons and her 3 dogs.
